Our friendly, down home atmosphere invite you and your guests to gather together and enjoy your event. Whether a casual business meeting, seminar, baby shower, engagement party or any other type of meeting or event you have a need for, we offer an enclosed sun porch and a large common room to host your event. We want you and your guests to feel relaxed with our comfortable accommodations. The Fort Loudon Inn is a historical landmark, in a quiet out of the way neighborhood. We are easily accessed off Route 30 and Highway 75. Our facilities offer a homey atmosphere with all the comforts of home.

Family Events

Hosting an engagement party, baby shower, birthday party, or family reunion? Why crowd everyone into your home. We offer our facilities for just such occasions. Easy as 1 – 2 – 3! Just set the time and send the invitations. Come early enough to decorate and set up. Then, welcome your friends and family and enjoy yourselves.

Business Events

Give your next business meeting or seminar a change of atmosphere. Nothing alerts employees or business associates better than a change of scenery. Get their attention from the get-go! Plan a light catered in lunch or dinner and then gather together in our relaxed meeting room to present your information or material.

Educational Events

Do you teach? Do you have a skill or craft you would like to teach others? We want to help. Our facilities here at The Fort Loudon Inn are ideal! Our rooms can be laid out for just such an event. You can have monthly, biweekly or weekly gatherings/classes here in our wonderful homey atmosphere.

Organization Events

Club leaders and Organization leaders are welcome to use our facilities to host their monthly, biweekly or weekly meetings here in our spacious and inviting surroundings. We can be used for potlucks, special meetings, parties and celebrations.
